I’m Jukka, a Finnish Art Director based in London, working across brand and motion.
I focus on motion-led projects, developing concepts, scripts, storyboards and visual direction from the earliest idea through to final delivery. I work closely with motion designers and production teams to ensure the work is cohesive, well-crafted and aligned with the client’s brand and goals.
With 12+ years of experience, I’ve led brand and film work for clients including J.P. Morgan, UBS, McKinsey, De Beers and the European Space Agency. Much of my work sits at the intersection of complex ideas and clear communication, helping organisations translate strategy into visual stories that people understand.
My approach is both conceptual and practical. I believe strong ideas come from rigorous thinking, but they need to hold up in execution. I’m comfortable leading creative direction, presenting to stakeholders, and working hands-on to shape the work when needed.
I often collaborate with agencies and in-house teams, stepping in to support pitches, develop concepts or provide senior cover on motion and campaign work.
